To Check the Status of your Application: If you already know your Tracking Number and Password, it is not necessary to Create an Account or Recover Login Credentials. Enter your Tracking Number and Password on the Login Screen. Click Login.

If you Do Not know your Password: Click Recover Login Credentials. Enter your tracking number, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, your date of birth and click the button labeled “Next”. Your password will be sent to the email address provided when your account was created. Use your tracking number and password to log in to the system.

The MD Application Status is updated when a document has been received and processed by your assigned Licensing Coordinator. When checking for updates, please allow ample time for information to be processed and updated.
