2004 LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE STAKEHOLDER MEETING
 

Scottsdale, Ariz. -- The Arizona Medical Board will hold a stakeholder meeting on November 14, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Board’s offices at 9535 East Doubletree Ranch Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85258. The Arizona Medical Board will propose the following legislative items this year:

  • Physician Health Program
  • Office-Based Surgery
  • A Clean-Up of Licensing Statutes
  • Fictitious Name Use
  • Advanced Biological Fluid Testing

The Arizona Medical Board is composed of eight physician members and four public members, including one licensed nurse. The Board is responsible for licensing and disciplining over 15,000 medical doctors in Arizona.
